IERUSEvent_ReplaceFile_Before

This interface contains information that is specific to the ReplaceFile Before event. It is implemented by the same object that implements the IERUSynchronousEvent interface that is passed to the event handler in the HandleEvent method.

Note that this applies only to actions that directly upload a file to the server, not to cases where a file is replaced via cut and paste or import.
